empty minibarbroken safe
The minibar was empty upon arrival. I expected drinks or snacks to be available. The safe in the room did not work either. I reported this to the reception, but it was never fixed . This was inconvenient for storing valuables and important documents.

clean apartmentlovely poolchallenging hill
the apartments were really clean the bed was comfortable. the pool area was lovely and the snack bar provided great food. taxis were cheap enough to get around.
i found the hill a bit challenging. this location could be better for those with mobility issues.

the complex features three pools one is specifically designed for children and an indoor heated pool is available. a tennis sports court is on the premises for recreational activities as well as ping pong outdoors.

a cafe is on site it offers drinks light lunches and ice cream. the snack bar provides great food. there are two supermarkets and cafes just a few minutes' walk away.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. the grounds and pool areas are super clean. i received a free upgrade too. the receptionists were friendly and helpful.
